Your First 90 Days With SP
The first three months set up everything that follows. Here is how they usually go. Your priorities depend on the services you choose: a website and SEO plan starts in a different place than a paid advertising plan, and we will tell you which steps apply to you.
Days 1 to 3: Get Started
Initial meeting
Onboarding happens within your first three days. We start with a meeting about your goals, your customers, the areas you serve and what counts as a good lead for your business. That definition matters, because it is what we will measure and report on.
Access to your accounts
We ask for access to the accounts the work involves. It depends on your services, but usually includes:
- Your hosting account
- Your website
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Business Profile
- Your social media accounts
If you run ads, email or text campaigns, we will also ask for access to those accounts.
Before We Start: Your Baseline Report
Before we change anything, we build a baseline report that shows where things stand today. That is the starting point every later report is compared against.
Tracking review
As part of the baseline, we check that calls and form submissions are being recorded correctly. If tracking is missing or broken, we fix it first, so the numbers you see later can be trusted.
Month 1: Plan and Launch
Strategy
Using the baseline, we set priorities: what we will work on first, why, and the numbers we will be measured on.
Campaign launches
We launch the channels in your plan, such as Google Ads, social media, email, text messages or geofencing, starting with the ones most likely to bring in leads soon.
Website improvements
We start on the website fixes that matter most, such as faster pages, clearer service pages, working forms and landing pages for your campaigns.
Your first full report
At the end of the first month you get your first full report: spend, leads, qualified leads where your team records them, cost per lead, the work completed and what comes next, compared with your baseline. See an example of our reporting.
Months 2 and 3: Improve
Optimization
With real data coming in, we move budget toward what produces leads, pause what does not and test changes to ads, pages and offers.
Ongoing reporting
Reporting continues each month, so you can see what changed and why. This cycle of reporting and improving continues after the first 90 days.
What Depends on Your Plan
How often we meet and report, how many hours we put in each month and which channels we launch all depend on the plan you choose. Compare them on our packages and pricing page.
